01 Who We Are

NextAiToday is India's first Hinglish-first AI news platform — where every AI update reaches you before it goes mainstream. Our mission is to make AI accessible for everyone — technical or non-technical, student or founder.

Every Sunday at 7AM IST, we drop the "Sunday Drop" — New AI tools, India AI Beat, Model launches, Funding news, Jobs, Events, Hackathons, and more. All in one place, completely jargon-free. "Jaano, samjho, aur maje karo."

NextAiToday operates from India. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

NextAiToday provides the following services:

• AI Tools Finder — Tell us your task and we find the best AI tools for it — video, image, code, resume, and more. You can also search any AI tool by name to get full details: what it does, who founded it, use cases, alternative apps, and the official link.
• India AI Beat — Exclusive coverage of the Indian AI ecosystem — Sarvam AI, Krutrim, India AI Mission, and more. Only on NextAiToday.
• AI Careers — Handpicked job listings, India salary trends (ML Engineer to AI PM), and in-demand skills — updated every week.
• Weekly Podcast — No time to read the full Sunday Drop? Listen to its audio summary — perfect for your walk, workout, or commute. Powered by NotebookLM.
• AI Leaderboard, Polls & AI Graveyard — Community votes, weekly vibe checks, and honest coverage of tools that didn't make it.

We reserve the right to update, pause, or modify any service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned downtime or major changes.

03 Acceptable Use

NextAiToday is an open platform — but a few basic rules apply:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes — in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), and all other applicable Indian laws.
• Do not abuse the platform using fake identities, bots, or automated scripts that bypass normal usage.
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users at all times — including their data rights under the DPDP Act 2023.
• Do not submit false, misleading, or harmful content — including in feedback forms or polls.
• Do not copy, scrape, or redistribute platform content or source code without prior written permission from NextAiToday.
• Users under 18 years of age may only use the platform under parent or guardian supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors without verifiable parental consent, as required under the DPDP Rules 2025.

04 Data & Privacy (DPDP Act 2023)

India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the DPDP Rules, 2025 (notified November 14, 2025) govern how we collect and process your personal data. NextAiToday is committed to full compliance with this framework.

• Data we collect: Only the minimum data necessary — email address (for newsletter and login), basic usage analytics via Google Analytics (GA4), and any information you voluntarily submit via feedback forms.
• Why we collect it: To send you the Sunday Drop newsletter, improve platform features, respond to your queries, and serve contextually relevant ads via Google AdSense. We do not sell your data.
• Your rights as a Data Principal: Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to access your data, correct inaccuracies, and withdraw consent or request deletion at any time by emailing us at nextaitoday8543@gmail.com.
• Consent: By subscribing to the Sunday Drop or using our platform features, you provide consent for the above-mentioned data processing. You can withdraw consent at any time — unsubscribe links are included in every email.
• Data retention: We retain your data only as long as necessary for the stated purpose, or as required by law. Inactive subscriber data is deleted periodically.
• Third-party processors: We use Google (Analytics, AdSense), Vercel (hosting), and email delivery services. These processors are contractually bound to safeguard your data.
• Breach notification: In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify affected users and the Data Protection Board of India as required under the DPDP Rules 2025.
• Grievance: For data-related complaints, contact us at nextaitoday8543@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 48 hours. Unresolved complaints can be escalated to the Data Protection Board of India.

05 Our Content & IP

All original content on NextAiToday — articles, newsletter copy, tool rankings, design, logo, "Weekly News in Podcast" audio, the "AI Tools Finder" concept, and the Sunday Drop format — is the intellectual property of NextAiToday.

• Personal, non-commercial sharing is permitted with proper credit: "Via NextAiToday" with a link back to the original page.
• Commercial use, reproduction, or reselling of any content requires prior written permission from NextAiToday.
• Feedback and suggestions you submit may be used by us to improve the platform — we won't claim authorship but may incorporate the ideas.
• Information about third-party AI tools belongs to their respective owners — NextAiToday only curates, summarises, and presents it for informational purposes.
• AI-generated summaries on this platform are reviewed by our editorial team before publishing — we take accuracy seriously.

All content on NextAiToday — news, analysis, tool recommendations, salary data, and editorial opinions — is provided for informational purposes only. We do not offer professional financial, legal, or career advice.

• AI tool ratings and rankings are based on editorial judgment and community votes — accuracy is not guaranteed and may change over time.
• India AI salary data is compiled from publicly available sources — actual compensation may vary based on company, location, and experience.
• Before making any major decision — job change, tool purchase, investment, or otherwise — conduct your own research or consult a qualified professional.
• The platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind — we are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

07 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time — especially as Indian data protection law evolves under the DPDP Act 2023 phased implementation timeline. Here's what we commit to:

• The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
• For significant changes affecting your rights or how we use your data, we will notify active subscribers via email at least 7 days in advance.
• Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
• If you disagree with any changes, you may discontinue use of the platform and request deletion of your data by emailing us.
